Rental Terms & Conditions
By reserving equipment with YardLeaf (yardleafs.com), you agree to the following operational terms and service agreements.
1. Reservation Request & Order Confirmation
Submitting an online intake form represents an initial reservation request. An YardLeaf team member contacts you within our 5-minute callback goal to verify equipment availability, delivery timing, power/water requirements, and payment arrangements before an order becomes binding.
2. Doorstep Delivery & Pickup Logistics
Standard doorstep delivery, staging on a ground-level porch or driveway, and scheduled pickup are included within our confirmed 50-mile Tri-State service area. Customers are responsible for providing clear ground access, standard gate clearances, and authorized staging locations.
3. Equipment Operation & Safety
Our delivery technician conducts an operational walkthrough at delivery. Lessees agree to operate all machinery in strict adherence to manufacturer instructions and safety standards. Always wear recommended eye protection, hearing protection, and safety gloves (supplied with drain snakes).
4. Sanitation & Dirty Cleanup Policy
Lessees are asked to empty obvious loose bulk debris when practical. Routine sanitization, dirty wastewater tank flushing, and raw sewage cable cleaning are completely handled by YardLeaf upon return to our facility.
5. Payment & Cancellation
We accept credit cards, debit cards, Zelle, Venmo, Cash App, and cash upon delivery. No card numbers are collected through the website. Cancellations made prior to dispatch incur zero charge.
